For every country listed below, this site shows what your carrier charges versus what an eSIM costs from Airalo, Holafly, Saily, or Nomad.

eSIM pricing varies sharply by region. Europe and Southeast Asia are the cheapest — France, Germany, and Thailand all have plans under $1.50/GB. The Caribbean and Pacific islands sit at the other end: destinations like Fiji, Jamaica, and the Bahamas push past $5/GB. Asia lands in between, with Japan and South Korea averaging $2–$3/GB. The median eSIM cost across all 205+ destinations is roughly $2.50/GB — still 80–95% cheaper than what carriers charge.

Regional patterns hold up at scale. Europe is cheapest on average because pan-EU eSIM plans cover 30+ countries under one price.
